Common questions
is there international shipping?
Yes, I offer international shipping for all portraits. Once you choose your canvas size, I can provide a detailed shipping quote.
How long does a portrait take?
Each custom pet portrait or horse portrait typically takes 1-2 days to paint. After you send me your photos and we decide on the portrait’s direction, you can expect delivery within two weeks.
Is there a deposit to pay?
Unlike other services, no deposit is required upfront. I send an invoice once I begin your portrait, along with a preview of the initial artwork. This way, you can see the progress and what you're paying for. The portrait is completed after the invoice is fully paid.
How much are they?
Prices range from £150 to £300, reflecting the time invested, the intricate detail, and the high-quality materials used, including premium oil paints on canvas.
Can I request changes after seeing the artwork preview?
Yes, of course! Once I share a progress photo, please feel free to share any changes you’d like to make.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, of course. If you email me at pawandmane.portraits@gmail.com I can organise a gift card.
