Important Voucher Terms
Please review the following policies regarding the purchase and use of your pet portrait gift voucher:
Validity & Expiry: Each Gift Voucher remains valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Vouchers are non-refundable after purchase.
Payment Use: Vouchers can be used for full or part payment of a commission, including postage and packaging costs.
Deposit and Remaining Balance: If the voucher value is less than the required commission deposit, the recipient must pay the difference to begin the commission and secure their place. Any remaining commission balance not covered by the voucher must be paid before the final artwork is shipped.
Remaining Value: If the total voucher value exceeds the cost of the commission, the remaining amount is forfeited; it is not refundable or usable at a later date. However, a voucher can be used for more than one picture if they are commissioned and paid for together at the same time.
Pricing: Portrait prices are subject to change. The final quote will be confirmed when the recipient redeems the voucher. If commission prices have increased since the voucher purchase date, the recipient will be responsible for the difference in cost.
Fulfillment & Queue: A place in the commission queue is assigned at the time of redemption (when portrait details and mock-up are confirmed), not at the time of purchase. Completion typically requires 8 weeks from redemption.
Usage Restrictions: Vouchers are redeemable exclusively for original pet portrait commissions by Sarah Leigh and cannot be exchanged for other items, prints, or products from the online shop.
Code Security: The voucher code is single-use. The purchaser and recipient are responsible for keeping the code secure to prevent unauthorised use. Only one voucher can be used per commission.
